I invite you to experience deep nourishment and nurturance for your nervous system, held within a supportive group environment, through Dr. Stephen Porges’ Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). The SSP is a powerful psycho-acoustic tool to expand and restore ventral capacity – our birthright of safety in connection, in stillness and in action.

FAQ

What if I can’t make it for some of the sessions?
~No worries and no FOMO! You can listen to the SSP on your own that day, with or without the assistance of an audio recording of that day’s community gathering. It will be an opportunity for you to practice creating the time and space for yourself, and to use the skills that we’ve learned together.

What if I can make it to two of the three weeks, but not all three weeks?
~No worries! Come! We come together, and you can continue on your own after we physically dis-band.

We will gather for Cozy Hour:
~20 minutes for some self-regulation and co-regulation
~20 minutes of listening to the SSP
~20 minutes for some self-regulation and co-regulation

Please know that while I anticipate that listening for 20 minutes together will be nourishing for our nervous systems, there will be some of us whose nervous systems will need shorter listening sessions. I will work with you. The goal is not to complete the five hours of listening per week. It is to meet our nervous system wherever it is at, and to expand ventral capacity in a sustainable way.
