Practical, hands-on skills-based learning, in real time, while also taking into account the impact of the ecosphere on the individual and the collective body:
- The offering of somatic elicitations, where we get to build the skills to connect to body wisdom.
- Live in-class demonstrations.
- Communal care.
- Individual and collective nervous system capacity-building.
Ideal for therapists and coaches who learn experientially, observationally, and interactively and have a strong desire to sharpen their somatic tracking skills with supported practice.
This course is only open to those who have taken Linda Thai’s Certificate in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation.
