Event Details
Early Light Foundation (ELF) is a global charity dedicated to the mental health of war-trauma-affected children and families in the Middle East and worldwide – contexts where safety is not guaranteed and where there is no post- to the ‘post traumatic stress disorder’.
This September, our inaugural War Trauma Conference is bringing together the world’s pioneering minds in trauma – experts from the Global North and South who study and serve war-affected children, families, and communities. ELF’s War Trauma Conference in Amman, Jordan, seeks to advance a paradigm shift in how war trauma is conceptualised, studied, and treated, and advance healing and dignity for the two billion lives profoundly impacted by armed conflict and forced displacement.
